Our Client-Choice Food Pantry allows clients to take a shopping cart and pick and choose the food of their choice. This dignified manner allows a shopping experience without the cash register ringing at the end of their shopping! By providing free food of their choice, we know all the food they are choosing will be consumed, and is the most effective way of distributing food and minimizes waste.
The WS Rescue Mission also has a Mobile Food Pantry at Oaklawn Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. We are excited to partner with Oaklawn in their community where food insecurities are growing.
