Helping Addict's Loved Ones

HALO is a weekly, faith-based support group created for families of loved ones facing addiction. Our volunteer leader has lived this journey, and offers the empathy and insight only real experience can give. At HALO, you’ll find hope, guidance, education, and a community that ensures you never face this alone.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3)

Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, with the option to attend in person at the Wilcox Center or join virtually.

WHAT IS THE WINSTON-SALEM RESCUE MISSION?

Our mission is simple: Helping our most vulnerable neighbors recover from their struggles and find healing through the gospel and a new life in Jesus Christ. Together, we can make a difference in more lives.

We offer recovery programs to men in need of life change.

We feed and clothe individuals and families in need.

We host an onsite free medical and dental clinic provided by Samaritan Medical Clinics.

We offer several opportunities for anyone who wishes to serve others.
